MSNBC Goes To Town On GOP Sen Josh Hawley With A Stinging Supercut
MSNBCâs Chris Hayes used a stinging montage to call out Sen. Josh Hawleyâs (R-Mo.) indignation at Justice Department efforts to increase the monitoring of threats to school officials and boards.
Hawleyâs attack on the move amid a rise in harassment and intimidation over COVID-19 mask mandates and critical race theory teaching was âfrankly kind of astounding when the reality of whatâs happening on the ground is undeniable,â Hayes said Tuesday.
The âAll Inâ anchor aired a supercut of Hawleyâs comments cut with scenes and witness accounts of violence and threats aimed at school officials and board members.
âJosh Hawleyâs very upset,â Hayes concluded. âWeâre going to send him that montage just to read him into a little bit of whatâs been going on at the local level, but I suspect he knows.â
